Brown bled early pregnancy

Hi. I've been spotting brown discharge since Sunday but today it's much heavier like every time I go to the toilet. Also have cramps and bad lower back. So worried I'm having a miscarriage 😔. Has anyone had this and things have turned out ok?.

They say brown is old and should be OK but was not the case for me the 4 times I have been pregnant hope yours turn out to be true thou goodluck 🍀
