Early Pregnancy warning sign?

Wondering if anyone had any anecdotal evidence on this…
I had my DS Jan 2018. He was born 31+3 and for nearly the entire 7 months of my pregnancy I suffered with hyperemesis.
I am now c.5 weeks with baby no.2 but have yet to experience any sickness.
Everything I have read suggests if you had HG with first pregnancy you will likely get it with subsequent pregnancies.
Could this lack of vomming mean there is something wrong? Maybe the pregnancy is not viable? Does anyone have any experience with something similar?
Thanks!

I had terrible hg with my first pregnancy. This time I was ok at 5 weeks but given pre emptive anti sickness medication to keep hg away. Its worked pretty well. Still feel sick but very little vomiting. Im 16 weeks atm.

Hg my hit just maybe not straight away. I'd ask for anti sickness medication for if or when it does.

I had much less sickness with my DC2.

I had HG with first, was medicated up to 20 weeks was nearly hospitalised several times and lost so much weight. This time round, totally different very little morning sickness at all. I mean I felt sick but hardly was. Only think different in the pregnancy is the gender of the baby I’m carrying

But I will caveat now I’m 36 weeks I am actually being sick 🤦🏻‍♀️ Like pregnancy in reverse!

Thanks so much for your reassuring comments! I have an early scan booked for Weds to make sure. Still no sickness. But quite a bit of nausea so fingers x’d it will all be ok!
