Spotting is common in early pregnancy and usually is nothing to worry about. I had this (and then heavier, but not heavy enough to fill a pad) from about 6-8/9 weeks. I'm 11 weeks now, had a 10 week scan which was fine. Call your gp/epu to tell them about this, they may tell you to keep an eye on it or they may want to scan you (internally) to check everything is ok. I had a scan at about 6/7 weeks and it helped reassure me. Fingers crossed for you, I know it's scary.

I have a early scan tomorrow as I've literally just had a laparoscopy to clear endometriosis out of my tubes so they need to check that baby is growing in the right place! I just want everything to be okay, I don't want to loose this baby x

It's spotting I believe. I had this with my pregnancy. Although a bit more than that. I was told as long as it's pink or brown and doesn't saturate a pad it's likely ok.
