Early scan possible ectopic?

Hi ladies

I guess I’m looking for some success stories,

I have been diagnosed with adenomyosis and have been ttc for 9 months. Already have 1 DD.

This cycle I got faint positives before missed period then a BFP on clear blue day of missed period saying 2-3 weeks. I would be around 4 weeks now according to Flo app and I had a scan yesterday, she told me she couldn’t see a sac and it could be a possible ectopic but I am not bleeding? And isn’t 4 weeks very early to see a sac ? She also told me my lining was thick and this could mean mensuration is coming but I thought this meant it was getting ready for baby? She made me feel very low and wasn’t nice at all.

Has anyone else had this before? Going for second round of bloods on Friday so fingers crossed they double. ✨

I think it is too early to see anything at 4 weeks from what I've been told before? I went for a 6 week scan before and that was extremely early. Maybe she was trying not to get your hopes up too much just in case and then it was good news later if all was fine?

I had bleeding with my ectopic but plenty of people dont so I'm glad they are keeping an eye to rule it out just in case. Hopefully the bloods double and things progress well, fingers crossed for you x
