Honestly everything that I have loved for years to eat, it's making me gag while eating or throw up. I haven't threw up at all my whole pregnancy, and now I know that I'm hungry but everything I think about eating is making me nauseated or if I try force something I'm vomiting. And I have no desire to actually eat...

Anyone else experienced this?

I totally lost my appetite last week (which is very unlike me). Wasn’t hungry and nothing appealed to me. Was forcing myself to eat. Felt nauseous but didn’t throw up.

Eating again now but don’t have the same appetite as usual. It’s very strange.

(I’m only 32 weeks though.)

@fiadhflower I'm 32+4 and honestly I don't have any appetite, I was worried about it but if it's happened to someone else I suppose it's all good? Lol

I never lost my appetite but for a lot of my 3rd trimester I found it hard to eat because I'd get full so fast. Like I'd be starving and have 3 or 4 bites of dinner and be full.....going to restaurants was a total waste of money! It improved around 36 weeks though, guess baby moved a bit away from my stomach area?

Oh just remembered that there was a big thread on the Reddit pregnancy sub recently about 3rd trimester nausea where loads of women were sharing their experiences so you're definitely not alone.
