I’m on the pill but have missed a couple this month. I’m on day 4 of the pill free week and have not had any bleeding yet. About a week ago I had some cramping for 1-2 days and the tiniest bit of blood. Then last night I woke up in the night feeling nauseous and vomited this morning. I’m still feel queasy now. I’m worried I could be pregnant and last week was implantation bleeding and now this could be morning sickness. I know taking a test is the only way to know but I don’t think I’ll be able to do one until the weekend. Would morning sickness start this early?
