Is this SPD?

Yesterday I had a lot of pressure/pain in my pelvis when going from sitting to standing and for the first few steps afterwards I was almost doubled over to be able to move. It eased after a few steps although I could still feel it a bit. I was ok when I woke up this morning, but still a bit achey on one side. Is this SPD? Or something else to do with baby? I'm 21w 4d now and never had this at all when I was pregnant with DS 4 years ago! Not sure what I can do to help/ease it. Has anyone got any suggestions?

I have SPD, it hurts all the time. Either side of my pelvis...I did tell the midwife and she asked "on both sides" and when I said yes, she wasn't concerned.

Mine doesn't ease after a few steps, if its one side I'd be tempted to give your midwife a call.
