Late 4th babies 😭🤦🏼‍♀️

I have been so lucky in the past.
My first came a day early, 2nd came 30 mins into due date, and third came 4 hours into due date!!
I’m now 13 and a half ours into due date with no signs 🤦🏼‍♀️😂😂😂😂😂😂.
I’m going mad lol.
She is also a big baby and never had a big one before she also still isn’t engaged.
Just needed to rant.

Same here, my first was 32 hours long and ended up with her being poorly.
However my other 2 I had in mlu in a pool and we were in and out. Was lovely. This is so weird like you I thought a fourth would be similar eek.

Still can’t believe no baby. This one is 10 days late! All 3 were never ever late and this one really doesn’t want to leave

Have they given you an induction date yet?

@Bennetgirl yes have induction tuesday.
Had a sweep today cervix is still very long and hard-soft. But baby’s head is literally glued to my cervix so she is low enough, it’s just my cervix not getting the hint lol. 😂. I will google that

At least the end is sight! I hope the sweep works 🤞🏻

I'm heading for a c section and am gutted 😩 I've got a consultant appointment on Thursday at 35 weeks.

Hope your apt goes well. Tbh I’m anxious about a c section and I really see me needing one this time round.
I think the baby is too big you know the saying “your body will only grow a baby you can birth too” funnily enough baby number 4 who is 3pb at least heavier than my heaviest and won’t come out! I’m going to be 2 weeks over due and never had a baby past due date early morning.
Last night had regularly contractions it all stopped tonight nothing 😭

@Tinydancer321 It’s hard isn’t it. You don’t want to deliver a huge baby but also a c section isn’t the ideal result. I’m with you on that.

I thought this one would be the same as the others and wish I’d thought about it a bit more! Dp is great but when i get upset says ‘you can’t worry about what can’t influence’. Thanks for that, you just have to turn up and watch!

Anymore contractions? Can you spend today doing something for you? Watch a film, read a book? Xx

@Bennetgirl had a few painful ones this morning, had a shower and got ready and they have gone but keep getting a bloody show.
I really feel for you, c section really worries me, as it’s the after part. Hope you recover quickly.
I’m Worried how mentally I will feel after this, I lost my mum/nan a month ago and she would of been the person to bring me back to earth lol.
I actually have a big meeting this afternoon over zoom, as my daughter has Sen and the la wouldn’t Assess for a ehcp (give her a 1-1). So have that to stress about. Tomorrow is induction ha ha

There promising signs this morning. I hope your zoom call still goes ahead though. That would be typical wouldn’t it!

I’m really worried about after. We haven’t had anyone in the house all pregnancy as I’m so worried about covid. I don’t know how I’ll let people in and how I’ll cope with visitors after a c section. I bounced back physically really fast after my others. I never lost the weight after no 3 though so I have a big battle with that once I deliver!

I think mine is now foot down breech. The downwards kicks are the most uncomfortable thing ever 😂

@Bennetgirl thank you. Looks like meeting is going ahead lol. I actually kept my kids of as so anxious about catching Covid end of pregnancy but sent them this week as it’s been 3 weeks as didn’t expect to go over due, but even if they catch it now should be after the baby is here.
It’s so stressful at the min. Covid after a c section would be the worse though. I had my appendix out as a child and the pain was awful I’m such a wimp 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve got two In secondary school and it’s rife there. Im testing them every day at the moment. They’ve both had pcrs in the last two weeks as they’ve had the other virus going round. I really think they should bring back masks in schools.

What time are you going in tomorrow? With any luck this time tomorrow you’ll be either in full labour or having baby snuggles 👶🏻 I’m gutted I’ll be missing gas and air, I love that stuff!!!

@Bennetgirl it’s crazy isn’t it. I have one secondary (in a sen school), another in the same Sen school but primary, so my eldest is tested twice a week, not my middle child though. There has been a positive in her class today! (Only
Sent her back today), but they wouldn’t wear masks anyway. Then my youngest is year 1
And the head sent a email out today saying his positive! 😭.
I love gas and air! I’m pretty excited for that lol. So sorry you don’t get it. Glad it’s not just me ha ha.

It’s no on and off every time I wipe (tmi) there is blood mucas. Never had it before.

So I’m still in shock but gave Birth at 7.15 pm! At home luckily called them in time lol
