Impatient

So I had a scan last Friday after a lot of heavy bleeding with pain and was sure I was miscarrying but low and behold I was shown a little heartbeat at 6.5 weeks into my pregnancy.

They informed me everything looked fine other than the baby sitting slightly to the right but they will monitor as the weeks go by.

Over the weekend I passed a very large clot that freaked me out and was told to go to A&E by 111. I was seen to fairly quickly and they checked me out and my cervix is closed. Also the bleeding has stopped so all is looking good so far and I have another scan booked for this Friday.

I feel so restless and impatient right now as this would be my first successful pregnancy after I had a MC in 2019.

I feel like the weeks/days are going so slow and I just want to be at least over 12 weeks as to have some peace of mind that it's definately not a MC.

Is it normally to feel this impatient? I am just worried as I have 8 more months of this and I don't think I will be able to contain myself and keep relaxed.

Does the time go quicker as pregnancy goes on?

I am also feeling tired a lot wich of course I know is normally but I am just frustrated that I have to work and am the only one running the whole company right now as there is a change in management and it's a pretty small company.

I find it difficult to focus on work and struggling to quit smoking completely. Although my partner has ordered me a vape that has barely any nicotine for thursday.
