No i’ve worked with nurses who got pregnant whilst still on maternity leave and came back for a few months then back on maternity again, these things happen lol x

I was back at work for 11 months between my first two kids, then went back for about 2 years and went off again, this time will have been back about 2 years before going off again.

My sister has just returned to work already 20 weeks pregnant - she's going to be back about 4 months.

It happens. You can't plan your family around your employer - you never know how long these things might take, do what's right for your family. I'm guessing that most employers aren't that surprised when someone with one kid goes off on maternity again within couple of years.
