Covid after effects?

Hey.
Me, my husband and my 8 year old have all had covid in the past month, me and my 8 year old have blocked sinus’s still and feel sniffly does covid cause this after effects?
I feel like I’ve been quite stuffy/sniffly since being pregnant I don’t even know if that’s a thing but my sons came on a day or two ago and can hear it in his voice etc too.
I’m full of anxiety and panic sorry if this sounds silly x

Just to add* my 8 year old didn’t really have any symptoms apart from a cough for 2 days, and was confirmed by a PCR test.
He now says he can’t smell even vix vapour rub can you lose your smell afterwards? He only went back to school on Friday, wasn’t there Monday and was there today I cannot see it being covid again so soon x

I take it you've been given fragmin injections for covid/pregnancy?

I was on them anyway.
