Hi everyone.
I'm 38 + 2 and sorry for tmi but last week for about 3 nights in a row I had really bad diarrhoea and the past 2 days I've been constipated! I have been able to go and pass little odd bowel movements but the pain in my stomach from not being able to go to the toilet is horrible. I was up all last night with painful braxton hicks and then sore stomach and gassy pains. I feel like I really need to go to the toilet there is so much pressure in my bum also. If I ring the midwife or doctor will they be able to give me anything I can't find anything over the counter suitable for pregnant women.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Of course they can, def phone them. In the meantime... fat, fluid, fibre, plus exercise if you can. How about a nice meal of peanut butter, dates, oranges... 😁 And loads of water!
