Silly Q about the nub

Hi everyone

Not sure if this is the right thread location, but trying to work out where the nub is on the scan photo? The scan photo looks quite blurry in places and baby's tummy looks like an upside down stegasaurus. Not sure if something is a nub or leg if any radiographers can help :) thank you in advance
