Hi ladies,
I'm not sure if I should call triage or my midwife as I am 39 weeks I just don't know who.....
last night me and my partner had sex. So after I wiped and there was blood with two clumps in it, the blood was bright red.
I left it a little as it has been a minute since we have had sex. I went to the loo a little later and still had spotting so popped a pad on- when I woke up this morning I didn't have much on the pad I would say it was spotting.

I had painful period cramps all morning, took a nap just incase it turns into anything.

Iv just been to the bathroom and wiped and there was a good amount of brown when I wiped (I know this is old).

Now I'm not sure whether to ring triage to get checked or whether it is just because everything going on down there ??
Thanks for any advice x

Of course you should call. Just say you've seen some blood.

You seem to be worried so in this case do ring them specially you're probably due already?

I'd give them a call - it does sound like things are moving in the right direction for labour though Smile

Thankyou for your messages.
I have them a call, they aren't worried but she said we probably kick started it and may be in the super early stages which is exciting 😂 fingers crossed 🎊 xxxx
