Could I actually be pregnant?

I’ve been on the mini pill for the last 3 years and don’t have periods. I’m 36 and already have to children and haven’t thought about having more.
I requested my usual repeat medication and my contraceptive had been missed. I didn’t worry and thought I would just order it next time as my partner and I have very little sex anyway.
So I went a whole month without taking it. I had no period but period pains and extremely sore breasts. I’ve put on weight but just put that down to being lazy and eating stupidly. I’m actually very scared to take a pregnancy test although I know that is exactly what I should do.
Is it possible that I’m pregnant and didn’t know it before I missed my months pill?

Yes you could be if you had sex without any contraception.

It's possible but it's also possible that the sudden withdrawal of your pill has caused a disruption to your cycle. Only way to know is to take the test.

Oh then if you didn’t have sex then you won’t be. But you need to just take a test to make sure. Coming off the pill probably had messed with your hormones and caused symptoms x
