Faint line on pregnancy test.

I’ve had a faint line on a pregnancy test this morning and completed 3 others since which have been negative. I’ve been using the Femometer test kit.
Tbh, little unexpected as had myomectomy in June 2021 and haven’t had a period since, but this week I’ve been having a really funny metallic taste in my mouth. Keep feeling really dizzy and sick. It really is a faint line and I’ve been playing around with the lightness and darkness of the pictures and can bring the line up stronger.

If you're still early, as the faint line would suggest, it may well only be detectable from first morning pee and that's why the other tests were negative. Test again in a couple of days to see if it's any darker!

I have just been out and bought more tests. I’m petrified!!

My pregnancy line ( the positive line) was very faint when I was pregnant try in a couple of days.

I have done an early test this morning rhag is saying negative, and another of Femometer ones and that has a stronger line on it this morning?! I’m so confused! How do I upload a photo and I will show you?

Just an update. Did a test yesterday got a darker line. Did another this morning with a clear blue, negative and now started bleeding.
Does this mean I am having a miscarriage? Do I need to ring the doctors or anything?

Sounds like it could be a chemical pregnancy, or the femometers are giving false positives if all other tests have been negative.
