Fourth pregnancy

I have found out I am 6 weeks pregnant with my fourth baby and am in complete shock. I don't feel excited at all and am terrified of how I will cope with four children. I have three boys aged 6, 3 and 1 and we live in a 3 bedroom house so it will be very cramped.

I thought my husband would freak out but he is very laid back about it and thinks everything will be fine.. but I feel so unhappy (and it makes me feel so guilty!).

This will also be my third c section so I am scared about the risk of complications as well.

Does anyone have some positive stories about having a fourth?

I have 4, all boys. It’s crazy my youngest 2 are a year a part in age so share a room and get on most of the time. It’ll be tough (my no4 was a surprise too) but I love my little gang of boys.

Get rid of as much as you can now, vacuum pack and hand down as a much as you can. Be super organised and hopefully your husband is hands on. You do need eyes in the back of your head and more arms than an octopus but I’m sure you will be fine, my youngest are 10/11 now so well over the other side of babyhood but try to enjoy when they are small even if it is chaotic.
