Hi new here.

So I'm about 7weeks pregnant and I'm still taking my BBT.

My last 2 readings are lower than they have been recently. Today's 36.79°C. Terrified this means I'm likely to have another miscarriage.

Any reassurance stories or advice?

I kept taking my BBT for awhile as I was wearing the bracelet. Just found my chart - I did it until 39 DPO.

My temp ranged from 35.9-36.7! I was convinced something bad was going to happen as the temp kept going up and down in waves.

I’m 25 weeks now with a 100% normal pregnancy.

I understand the compulsion to keep checking - even though I don’t think the charts are particularly reliable at this stage.

I stopped after I had an early reassurance scan.
