Only one tip: rest and sleep!

Poor you! Nausea any time during pregnancy not uncommon.
And if 2 to 4h is all the sleep you get in 24h, then nausea, shaky legs and faintness is not surprising.
Better tell your MW though and lie down during the day even if you don't completely doze off.

Take care of yourself, take it easy, and talk to your MW, she may have some tips to help you feel better.

Hey, I've been feeling like this. My tips are gaviscon, its the heartburn that's making me feel sick even tho doesn't feel like it. I've turned the heating down as it was too hot, stopping me sleeping and making me feel wobbly, and I'm back on my spatone (iron supp), as that seems to make me feel better and less dizzy in mornings.

One of those might apply to you?!

Hope you feel better x
