Lateral flow testing after positive PCR

Hi all,
My husband and I have just got a positive back from a PCR tests, we have a scan in 2 weeks which asks for a lateral flow test for him to come too. The government website says that you shouldn't start doing lateral flow tests until 90 days after a positive PCR.
So if I go in to hospital with my positive PCR results (after 10 days obviously) will that be good enough? Has anyone any personal experience of this?

You'd have to check with them. But for most things having had Covid in the past 90 days counts the same as a negative LFT.

I’m a midwife and yes, keep the texts/emails with positive results and you should be absolutely fine
