Leukocytes in urine

I had my 30 week midwife appointment today & they detected leukocytes in my urine. They also detected ketones which led us to have a conversation about my gestational diabetes.

The leukocytes weren't mentioned again but it's only afterwards I realised I have been having some urinary symptoms & I'm unsure if I need antibiotics. Just wondering whether it would be best to try & ring the midwife tomorrow (it can take days for them to respond) or just call my GP?

My midwife is lovely but can be a bit flaky, ie she often gets details wrong in my notes such as my gestation which is always wrong so I don't want this to get missed.
