Private Scan Berkshire

Hi,

I'm looking for recommendations of private scan companies in Berkshire. I've found window to the womb and future baby in Reading but didn't know if anyone had used them and had any thoughts on where was good or where to avoid.

We went to window in the womb for our early scan and ultrasound direct for 11 week and gender scan. Ultrasound direct is much nicer and the sonographer was so lovely when we went. You can park in the oracle and it’s super easy to get to. Window to the womb parking is rubbish.

I agree with the above that window to the womb Reading parking is rubbish but they were good for the two private scans we had.

I went to window to the womb in Reading and just parked in the parking bays directly outside? Maybe there is more than one in Reading? It’s a bit run down but the staff were fantastic both times I went for an initial early reassurance scan and then a gender reveal scan. I was to ultrasound direct in Ashford (meant to be Maidenhead but got moved as a staff member came down with COVID), and it was a lot more ‘clean’ feeling and clinical. Staff were also lovely! We went for a 4D scan later in my pregnancy because with US direct that also included way more stuff for the price whereas the window to the womb 4D scan was literally just a 4D scan with no other checks included unless you paid a lot more. I’d go to either again I thought they were both great.

Ultrasound direct have been great for us.

I go to the Marlow Baby Clinic and wouldn't go anywhere else as I really rate their care x

Love ultrasound direct - we travel to Maidenhead and can't fault the staff, service or facilities
