Hi everyone.
I was having reduced movements and irregular pains and went to get checked at hospital. I lost my mucus plug just this morning and then started getting the no movement and irregular pains hence why I came to get checked. The midwife examined me and told me I'm 2cm dilated, anyone any experience with this? This is 2nd baby. Last baby the night before I went into labour I was 3cm dilated when they checked and labour was only 4 hours id love another quick labour.

I was walking around 6cm dilated with my previous baby before I went into labour (had a stretch and sweep done, so that's how I knew). 2 days later I had him in less than 2 hours so I think it can make a difference to "speed". But it doesn't necessarily mean that labour is iminent, sorry! Goodluck xx
