This has ruined my first 5/6 weeks of pregnancy, anyone got any tips on keeping it at bay?

My sympathies. I suffered with my first particularly. I found eating small regular snacks rather than spaced out meals helped a little, and later on I resorted to those travel bands for travel sickness. The sickness seemed to go away a bit but not sure if it was fading anyway iyswim. Quite cheap, available from chemist's so probably worth a try.
