I’m currently 23 weeks and I’ve been unemployed for a few months, most employers do not take on pregnant women and I am so anxious to even start work again!

I want to provide the best for my baby and my partner works full time I just can’t bring myself to work and I don’t know what to do, I feel like a failure

Are you anxious because of the pregnancy, or anxious because you've been out of work for a few months and losing confidence? Have you and your partner discussed, is he happy for you to stay at home and does it work out okay financially?

I understand how you're feeling a bit, because if I didn't have my current job, with the fatigue that's come back over me the last week or two (I'm twenty weeks) I don't know if I'd want to be sending my CV out and being enthusiastic in interviews etc right now and trying to make a good impression. It prob all feels pretty overwhelming.

What job did you have, is it something you can get temp work in, or use this time to brush up on some training so you're more qualified /attractive candidate for after the baby is here?
