Low PAPPA MoM and low Free beta HCG

Hi there. I have been given a 1/45 chance of edwards or pataus. That is a concern but I'm looking on the positive side and the odds are still fairly low. I've had the NIPT done and don't get results for over a week.

My worry is the results of the PAPPA MoM 0.16
And Free beta HCG MoM is 0.39
The NT however is 1.4mm (that's marker makes me feel better about the risk of trisomys) no abnormalities seen on 12 week scan- maybe it's too early to see any abnormal feral markers?
Both MoM's are scary low.
I've had two miscarriages this year already and I'm absolutely terrified.
Has anyone got any advice with BOTH low results. I mean on each result alone it suggests preterm labour, low birth weight and high admission into NICU.
I'm just so worried they are both so low.
X

I don’t know about the HCG but low Papp a is correlated to low birth weight, but that’s correlation not causation. My hospital doesn’t even test for it, so it can’t be a conclusive link. Normally they recommend 150mg aspirin taken at night from 12 weeks onwards until 36 weeks and then growth scans from either 28 or 32 depending on the nhs trust. Xx
