if you get a lot of braxton hicks in pregnancy does it mean u likely to have baby early or on time at least

no, not necessarily. I had braxton hicks from 12 weeks pregnancy, and my baby was born a day late. I had them because I was dehydrated and apparently that can cause more braxton hicks.

Not for me. Sorry. Loads of painful BHs, overdue both times.

never mind was hoping that this one would come on time as getting loads of them 27 weeks now 2 dds where both late with hardly any pains

Had lots of BHs in both pregnancies - DS came 11 days early and DD was 4 days late.

Had loads in both too - DS1 was a month early and DS2 10 days early. My Mum told me that BH were the womb 'limbering up' - but that might just be my Mum! I was told about the dehydration thing too.

Loads of regular and uncomfortable ones with DS2 from about 34 weeks - he was 9 days late!
