I got a lovely dye stealer this morning and I am so chuffed! After a CP in July, seeing that beautiful first line so dark is giving me great hope.

Anyone else 5 weeks? How are you feeling?

Tbh I think its terrible the way we get left and nothing gets done till uve had 3 its like its nothing its a shame really. I wish u all the very best

I’m ok so far @Snoopy28x these past 2 days have been rough, just constantly feeling sick , sore head, tired and generally feeling like I’ve drunk 2 bottles of wine the night before 🤣 I’m up this morning and just got a 30 min workout in on my bike to see if that helps :/ I’m not so sure. thank god it’s the weekend!! How are you?

@babyboybluex yes same, sicky feeling but no sick. The past 2 days have been bad but this morning , touch wood, I’m ok so far. Once I eat, it relieves that sicky feeling for a second and then the thought of what I’ve just eaten brings it all back :/ it’s been a busy few days to work wise, finish at 3ish today so that’s not too bad. How are you getting on today? We have My OH bday dinner tonight and we plan to tell his family which I’m quite excited about! I think they already have an idea but will be nice to get it out there.

@Snoopy28x @babyboybluex Thank you for your kind messages. I slept OK thank you I have my 6 month old keeping my mind busy trying not to over think things. I'm dreading Monday to have my scan to confirm things when I already know deep down.

I slept okay, much needed lie in. Having a duvet day with the dude and cats today.

Drs called me, the EPU can't see me until Monday so they told me to take a pref test Sunday morning. If there's any form of faint line then I need to go see then. If it's 100% negative then I don't need to go in.

@Blondiebrownie6 I am so tired!!!! I cant function lol managed to haul myself out to do some jobs this morning with ds. He fell asleep on the way home at 11.30 and is still snoozing, so I've just been sat on the sofa watching tv. Managed to put a load of washing on and put some other away and that's me done in lol still super sore boobs, feel sick if I dont eat constantly lol xx

@xxcharlottexx91 your little one will keep you busy and take your mind off things. Let us know how it goes Monday xx

Hope you’re having a cosy afternoon on the sofa @Snoopy28x, Defos sounds like you need it ! Crazy how wiped you get! My sickness and feeling crap returned late morning lol. Really cannot be bothered to go out later and wishing now I didn’t book sushi 😩 (obvs nothing raw for me) I’m also so bloated from all the carby food! I’d have gone up a dress size by the end of this trimester at this rate lol

I was thinking earlier about the flu jab, as keep hearing about it, do you all think you’ll get yours ? I’ve not had my covid vaccine as I was worried around it impacting my already dodgey cycles so held off but thinking I really need to get the flu one at least! Xx

@Blondiebrownie6 I havent had my covid ones or flu. Last pregnancy I had the flu jab and I was so so poorly with it. Each time I've had the jab I've had bad flu, when I've not had the jab I dont get it! So giving that a miss! Trying to just have vit c, d and help my immune system to do its job.

I got myself a big fat meatball sub earlier. It was amazing but I am still so stuffed and bloated. My clothes are so restricting lol I've got my maternity jeans on today Haha I've got college again tonight.. shes put extra lessons in to get us ready for our exam. 🤪 poor DH. Hes been at work all day, walks in the door and I hand him dinner and 2 kids in pjs and out I go. It's not been very nice. But hoping for a nice weekend together xx

Hope everyone's okay. Think I've got a water infection starting now, pain in my tummy and hurts to pee😭 need to try and drink loads of water try and flush it out over the weekend and try get a drs appointment Monday. My body isn't taking to pregnancy very well at all. Also started on buccastem for sickness. They're awful 🤮 the taste of them makes me feel even sicker.

Hey all I had another scan yesterday booked private as had spotting for 2 weeks on and off but everything went well the measurements caught up too I'm 7+4 today, strong heartbeat due date 23 may 2022.. hopefully will continue 🙏❤️

He's doing okay. We've talked about it and he's sad and disappointed but gets that it's also different for me because I'm having to deal with the bleeding and feeling rubbish.

Still crampy and bleeding, no more or less. It's pretty consistent now (like a light period I suppose). I'm hating wearing pads as I usually use a mooncup but the Dr told me not to use it.
All my nausea has mostly gone but my boobs are absolutely killing me, they're just getting worse 🤷‍♀️
I'm dreading having to take the test Sunday to confirm what I already know but is what it is!

@SkaterChick the body can be cruel cant it. If your boobs are getting more sore, maybe that's a positive sign? I'll keep everything crossed for you.

I think it's hard for the partner to fully understand. It's the emotional and physical side of it all for us.

Go easy on yourself and try and have a rest this weekend xx

@Snoopy28x hmmm I’m not sure what to do, just feel this winter is going to be germ central and worry not having any protection. I’ve had the flu jab a few times in the past and I’ve always been fine after it. Always feels like pot luck if you’re ok or not!? I do generally have a good immune system so I’ll sit on it a be longer and see. Ooooo a meatball sub sounds amaze!! I’m enjoying anything cheesy, bready and tomato flavour lol! I bought a massive cheesy sourdough loaf earlier and can’t wait for 5 slabs of that and some tomato soup haha!

How did you get on at college ? I do a course on a Tuesday evening after work and I’m like a zombie by the time I get home! School holidays in Scotland next week so no class and I couldn’t be happier 🤣 hope you have a lovely family weekend planned. My OH is out tonight , so quiet evening to myself here (and an early night, bliss)
