Tiniest speck of blood 13w2d

Need to be talked off the ledge sorry 😞
I went to the bathroom last night and when I wiped the tiniest bit of blood was on the toilet paper.. Maybe the size of a teardrop or two of bright red blood
I've not had any blood since and no other symptoms that are concerning. Scan last Tuesday showed a super beautiful healthy baby who's in tip top form high fiving and waving
Has anyone had this? I'm thinking either uti or I cut myself over wiping

I have had a few episodes of bleeding, all after my 12 week scan... some lasted one wipe, some lasted a day, with brown discharge the day after. My pregnancy is still going well and all my scans since (only 17 weeks but under consult as prem previous) have all been fine and dandy.
Don't worry about the smallest amount of blood, our cervix' are super sensitive atm and will flake under any kind of pressure!! Good thoughts only 🙂

Apologies if this is tmi but I got specks of blood after a poo as it irritated the cervix as it went past ( yes I know it’s a different passage but the walls are thin)

Most likely nothing but I'd check with your mw tomorrow just in case. Phone call doesn't hurt! Also if you are rhesus negative it is extra important to report any bleeding at all from second trimester onwards.

Hi all quick update went in on Monday and confirmed that I'm a rh negative and while we're 99.98% convinced baby is too I got the anti d to be safe. Baby was hanging out upside down happy as anything with a beautiful heartbeat that I got to hear for the first time
