Very faint and thin line on pregnancy test

Hello guys I am two months late almost three in a few weeks but im a very irregular person, I usually get my period every other month which means i get it one month and the next month i dont. Anyways, i have taken a pregnancy test a couple weeks before and it was definitely negative so i left the leftover test in my car in the heat(over 100 degrees) for a few days. I decided to take the test yesterday and it came with a very thick pink line but there was a very very thin faint line. So i got scared and went to buy the digital one. It came up not pregnant for the digital one but then today in the morning around 7:30 am i took the other test and at first i am 100% sure there was only one line within the next 3 or 5 mins. Went back to sleep and woke up at 11:30 and check the test and there was another very very thin line, not with the same thickness as the other line but i am very confused since its passed the time period? Any thoughts?

I'm experiencing the same thing, it's quite confusing. It seems that the best thing to do is leave it a week or so and then test again, maybe with a digital one. I hope you get the result you're wanting :)

If you read it 5 hours after taking it and the line had appeared then its just evap line. There's a reason it says not to read it after 5 mins etc. Cos you get false positives. So I'd say negative overall

Yeah true, i feel like if im pregnant the lines should be more thicker and noticeable since im almost 3 months late

Hi OP,
I would give your doctor a call, explain the VERY faint lines and how irregular your periods are and ask for a blood test. Then you know for sure without waiting.
That way they may want to rule out anything else - just in case.
But it's certainly worth a phone to put this on their radar, again just in case it's something serious (again, I'm sure it's not. But it's always best to get these things double checked instead of going down the 'wait and see... Until shit hits the fan' route).

I hope you get the outcome you want x
