SPD experiences?

So I'm 31 weeks pregnant and ended up on maternity ward this week as was having immense pressure in my pelvis, kinda felt like when you really need a wee. It's so much worse when I'm stood up, move around or go from sitting to standing. The doc said it was SPD/Symphysis Pubic Dysfunction because my ligaments are loosening etc. I had this with my previous pregnancy but felt that more in my hips and actually joints so to speak like getting out the car or going up stairs etc. Could it just be it's affecting me differently this time, I'm really not sure on his diagnosis and am worried its something else! Any experiences please?

I've been diagnosed with spd/pgp I have pain in my pubic bone mainly but also hips, lower back, shooting down my legs. I also feel a pressure pretty much all the time.
Can barely stand with it at 30 weeks and need crutches when leaving the house.
My understanding is it can hurt in different areas.

I'm being treated for a UTI as I have tested positive for Strep b aswell so I wonder if that is some of it aswell but it's so strange that is only when standing or moving. They did say baby was low and head down but surely this amount of pressure this early isn't right. I'm really worried it might be something like a prolapse or something.

Thats interesting I have also had recurrent UTIs and have tested positive for strep B.
I'm not sure, I've felt this way since week 12 pretty much and though its got worse it hasn't changed.
