22 weeks - mild cramping

Hi,
I don't know if I'm just making myself panic more - I have anxiety so I think mentally I'm a bit hypersensitive to everything anyway but I just wanted some reassurance or to hear that others have had it too! I don't have many people to speak to that have been through pregnancy either

For the last 2 hours or so I've been getting mild cramping, I'm not sure if it's just from everything expanding/growing, or if it could be because I've not had a bowel movement in a few days - I've had some stool softeners because I'm hoping if I get something moving the cramps may ease off,

Has anybody else had this?

Chances are it is just constipation, but best to call your mw and describe the cramps. Then they can either reassure you or decide to investigate further. Never hurts to make a phone call!

Hi OP I had cramping around this time too, it didn't get any worse and all is fine (almost 24 weeks now) I just assumed it was stretching!

I've had some fairly mild cramping at between 19 and 20 weeks, didn't progress to pain, so assumed just stretching. I've also been a bit constipated also. Anyway for me it wasn't as bad as period pains
