Hi, just had my first hospital appointment letter and it says SJP/FMT specialist clinic does anyone know what this means. Thanks

Fetal medicine team is all I can think of for FMT. Are you seeing a consultant?

I don't know it just says SJP/FMT specialist clinic new patients I have not had bloods or scan yet.

@Tawnia Hmm I'm not sure unfortunately! Have you had any previous pregnancies with complications perhaps? Or any losses? You could always give them a phone and find out exactly what it is.

This is very specific but if it's Birmingham Women's there's a foetal medicine consultant with the initials SJP and it will mean that you will be seen by her team.

Just googled and saw a post about someone being in Birmingham and it’s the consultant’s initials and Foetal Medical team?

Yes my last pregnancy I had 1/33 of ds so u think it might be that
