First consultant appointment, what to ask?

I am pregnant with #2, I have my first consultant appointment on Friday due to complications in birth with my daughter 10 years ago.
I had an emergency c section for failure to progress, but ended up with extensive tears in my uterus similar to the damage that would occur with a uterus rupture which has left me with adhesions which I have had surgery for twice since she was born.
Any ideas of what will happen in the appointment, or any ideas of questions I should be asking?

How far along are you?
Likely they'll review your pregnancy so far and discuss any complications you've already had, if any. Then they'll discuss future risks and treatment.
I think they'll likely cover most things you'd need to ask at your first appointment anyway, but I'd make sure they discuss -
Risks to you in preg and childbirth and afterwards
Risks to baby
What they intend to do to mitigate them?

I’ll be 23 weeks at the time of the appointment.
Thanks, I have had some problems with my heart since being pregnant and am I am under a cardiologist for that as well.
Never do things by half 🙈
