6 weeks bleeding

Hello. I am 6 + 4 and just woken in the middle of the night to bleeding. The blood is bright red so can't be old blood. No cramping at the moment. Has this ever happened to anyone and it turned out to be okay? Its the middle of the night so can't really call my midwife. I'm so sad, was so excited for this baby 😭 x

Yes to me with every child (I have 5), I have also had several mcs though. There’s nothing really to do you just have to wait.

I’m nearly 6 weeks pregnant. I had a miscarriage 3 years ago and been trying to conceive since then and it finally happened. All was well for the until I had brown spotting in week 4 on my pad. Then inconsistent days of fresh blood when I wiped. It would be on and off. Had a gap of 2-3 before I bled again. Now I’m getting red blood and small clots when I wipe but not flowing and filling the pad. Also I have been advised by the doctor to wait it out and do another pregnancy test in 2 days. Also I have noticed my breasts have gotten less sore. Any advice or information would be much appreciated as I am really scared.
