Evap line or pregnant?

The same thing happened when I was pregnant with my last baby, it was very faint positive then a thin blue line became darker but I’m sure this was fully negative until this thin line came up. Am I pregnant??

That definitely looks positive but I know a few women have had nasty evaps with blue dye tests, in my own experience whenever I had a positive whether it blue or red it always was true.

Maybe get another test to double check 😊

I'd call that a positive. Whip out and grab a few more tests!

I hope you don’t mind me jumping on the thread but I’m experiencing a similar thing .
So I had a Mmc February resulting in a EVAC March this year.
Plucked up the courage to try again August 14 th this year got a positive test , this resulted in a chemical pregnancy bleeding by the 17th august - which devastated me. Negative test to follow.

But aug 27th (10 days following bleeding from chemical ) had unprotected sex and stringy white discharge the day after , felt off and know my body so well now thought might be pregnancy again - done a test today which is 14 days since unprotected but it’s a very faint line so hard to see on a photo . I don’t know when I’m due on as last period was due 12th aug which didn’t happen as was pregnant but bleed on the 17th with chemical pregnancy .

I feel in my gut I’m pregnant again but with the line being so faint I’m scared will end again I’m chemical . I’ve attached the photo it’s barely there I’ve looked and looked

Any help would be appreciated as I’m going insane staring at these tests 🥰🥰🥰

How many dpo are you OP? I’ve had a bad veal line with the clear blue before. Did it come up in the time frame?

I don't know I think the stingy discharge I had was for sure ovulation or due for and that was on the 28th august so 2 weeks ago today. . I've always tracked my cycles but as I've had miscarriage 3.5 weeks ago I haven't had a cycle in between. (I have had a negative test after miscarriage so not the same pregnancy )

I'm really sorry but I can't see a line at all on your tests, maybe try again in a few days.

These both look positive to me? Were these pictures taken within the 3 min time frame? I would really hope that Clear Blue tests weren’t this unreliable or how on earth did they become the market leader?

I’m not sure how many dpo but my period is due today or tomorrow!

@MinnieRodriguez they all look positive to me :). I can't believe all would show up like that if evap lines.

Maybe get a digital one that says 'pregnant' or 'not pregnant'? It seems like you're nervous about reading these other ones as positive so maybe one that will give you a clear yes or no will help?

I had a false positive that looked like that last month then all the rest were negatives until my period came. It would be coincidental that they were all evaps but I’m also scared of a digital coming up as not pregnant

OP I would say to try a first response test pink dye, they are quite sensitive also so will give you a definite answer. Also the digital as previous posters stated, then you will know for sure :) good luck!

I can’t find any first response tests anywhere near me and I don’t think I could wait for delivery 🙈 the line on my last test seems to be getting thicker

I appreciate it's nerve racking especially if you've had a false positive before but would it not be better to have a clear answer from a digital rather than repeatedly testing on other types and not trusting what they say? You are either pregnant or you're not, no amount of different tests or timescales will change that

I have had bad cramping today and am approx 2-3 days late (though I have PCOS and am not particularly regular). I took two clear blue tests which have weird thin lines - are these evap lines? Feel like I spend my life holding tests up to the light in the hope I will be pregnant... not sure if it is embarrassing or just a bit sad.

This was an evap and I’ve had them every month since ttc. Clearblue tend to show thin blue lines after 10 minutes or so. Try again with a digital or first response. Good luck ✨

Thank you so much @MinnieRodriguez, glad to know. It is really bad that this happens, I think. They did both show up at around 5 mins after I did the test so I would have been surprised if they were positives, but always that hope.
