What is this? 32 weeks and pain

I'm 32 weeks today. In the last half hour have gotten a really sore bump with really sharp pains down below. The pain feels like it's in my cervix. When I sit down that seems to relieve the pain but walking is agony and leaving me bent over.
I don't think it's contractions because it's continuous and not in waves. I've also had a few Braxton Hicks at the same time which were painless.

Any ideas? Should I call someone?

Literally as quick as it started it seems to have gone away now. I can walk again, occasional lightning crotch feeling. So strange.
