Hi everyone

Just some advice as I’m worried.
I am 4 weeks +2 and I’ve been getting a lot of cramping that comes and goes and also in my back but more so down the front of my thighs? As anyone else had thigh pain this early on?

I had a miscarriage in April so worried about any cramping I get, and abit TMI but if feel a bit of discharge always running to the toilet worried I’m going to see blood, any advice on how to stop the paranoia?

@CJPW10 I could have written this myself! Also 4+2 and feeling very similar - it has eased off, whereas with my CP it kept building and building.

I've literally been drinking water like a mad woman this afternoon (it helps massively). Keep a positive and strong mindset, you are going to be ok.

Try a warm shower/bath, rest up and do something you enjoy (watch your favourite film) and distract! Flowers
