Doing a birth prep course - second time round

Expecting baby no 2 in November and currently mulling over doing a 1 day birth prep course thats run by my preg yoga teacher along with an NHS midwife. Yoga teacher is also hypno birth instructor.

We did an NCT course with no1 which was pretty uninspiring and not useful in any way.

Is this the kind of thing you do second time round?

Im not sure about bringing our slightly jaded 'done it before' energy into a room of excited hypno-birthing first timers.

I did a session with a local yoga teacher, birth prep type thing, with my second baby. Was a mix of first and second timers. Was really good for getting positioning ideas, breathing techniques.

I'm still a bit early to make an actual decision but I have been considering whether to do Daisy birthing again. I don't need the education but I did enjoy the yoga and the breathing was very helpful to me in labour. (Which was over 5 years ago!) I also think it will be nice to be around excited first timers as a pick me up to my own slightly jaded head.
