Hi, sorry for yet another one from me! Promise this will be my last!
I've had my pay slip from my second job today and for the last four weeks my 'average' does work out at £131 per week before tax, however when it's broken down to each week on two of the weeks it's paid £114 (due to me having a day off sick that week).
Will this affect being entitled to maternity pay for the £120 per week thing, or will the fact that over the period of the eight weeks if you divide the pay by the weeks I earn more than £120 per week on average?
