29 weeks pain & pressure

I'm 29+4 today & for the last few hours my bump has felt absolutely rock hard, so much pressure low down. I've also got a constant ache all the way across my lower back & I've had diarrhoea a few times today. Could this be early labour?

Give the hospital a call just to check. If In any doubt always call they won't mind, I say this after having a baby at 28 weeks so will always tell people to call
