Handling prenatal depression in multiple pregnancies

I'm hoping to get some advice from any mothers who have experienced prenatal depression (pnd) in multiple pregnancies. I suffered from severe pnd in my first pregnancy. I was hopeful it was a one-off, because the triggers were quite specific and related to transitioning to motherhood. However, it has returned with different triggers during pregnancy 2. I am on the waiting list for IAPT but I'm devastated to be going through this again, especially with a toddler. I was hoping to have 3 children, if nature permits (I'm in my 40s) and I still feel the same after baby 2 arrives. My husband has been amazingly supportive but understandably doesn't want to go through this a third time without the appropriate support in place.

Has anyone successfully had three children whilst dealing with pnd? What support systems did you have in place to make sure that your older children and partner were not affected too much? Please give me some hope (I have no-one to talk to about this irl), because I feel so ashamed to be unable to cope and for putting my family through this. :(
