Visible nub?!

Any ideas on boy or girl? Not sure if what I’m seeing is the nub. Disappointed I didn’t get a very clear pic this time!

I don't think there's a nub there... the end of the body is so out of focus that it's difficult to tell what's there/if it's cord etc.

From skull I'd lean boy, but I wouldn't be confident with this one at a ll.
