Yes I had this. I kept rushing to the loo thinking my period was about to start. However, the doctor said it was implantation cramps. My cramps would happen sporadically throughout the day (and sometimes night) and lasted a week or so. Obviously if you are worried maybe call your doctor...

They just feel exactly like AF cramps!! Ive had really strong positive lines though which have gotten significantly darker throughout the week. I was just looking for a slight bit of reassurance as it can be very worrying!

Yes mine felt like that too. I remember on one occasion the feeling was so strong that I actually rushed home from town as I didn't have any protection on me and wanted to avoid a mess. I was quite baffled when I went to the loo and there was nothing there!

My doctor reassured me and said that period-like cramps were normally implantation. I too was worried but, like I said, it went away after a week or so. You could always call your doctor to let them know about your positive test and mention it at the same time (that's what I did). :-)
