Constantly hungry at 30 weeks

Hi all!

I'm just wondering if anyone else has massively increased hunger at 30 weeks?

I eat breakfast at 9 and by 10 I'm starving so have some fruit and by 12:30 I'm starving again and I've ran out of healthy snacks 😂

What am I supposed to eat which will keep me fuller for longer?!

I ate a lot of peanut butter on toast

Ds, age 1, is now allergic to peanuts!

Almost 31 weeks here and I'm starving all the time 🤣🤣 I'm just snacking between meals all day

I could eat all day long. Try to prioritise protein, fibre and carbs that keeps you fuller for longer.

Thinks like bananas, oranges, crumpets, wholemeal bread, oats, muesli, protein yogs should all help

Thanks all!

I had some tomato soup and some bread with a banana and yogurt at 1 which kept me satisfied (not full) until 6ish but I also had to have a chocolate bar 😂

Could it be heartburn? That gives me a sensation of unrelenting hunger, its awful as I never feel full 🙈

My heartburn is horrendous! Literally every 5-10 minutes every day. I have omeprazole prescribed but I've lost the bloody box!

Cheese, Greek yogurt, bananas, hard boiled eggs, carrots dipped in hummus and seedy bread should be pretty good at keeping you full.

As PP mentioned - protein and complex carbs will be your friends in staying full!
