Nuna Mixx Next Reviews?

I’m thinking of buying the Nuna Mixx Next travel system. Do you have one and can you think of any pros and cons? It’s obviously on the more expensive side so I want to make sure it’s worth it. Thanks!

Hi,
I've got this and love it in general.
There are only 2 downsides that I can tell (been using it since March).

  1. I didn't realise until we were waiting to leave the hospital that you can't use the car seat without the isofix base. Luckily I'd installed this in my car already and my mum was able to drive my car to pick us all up!
  2. I have a VW golf so not a necessarily small car and can't really fit much else in the boot when the base is in there

Other than that, it is sturdy, comfortable, super easy to set up and use and the spare car seat inserts have come in handy today for the first time after my LO had a bit of a poo accident Blush

The car seat is really light and had a great sun shade built in, it lasted us until baby was 12m
Haven't used the carry cot for about a year now but can't remember having any complaints about it, also has a build in sun shade which was useful
The main pushchair is good as it allows child to sit upright and look out and the hood is quite big but you would need an additional sun brolly if they're lying back on a sunny day
I sometimes find it hard to push on country paths, the wheels seemed to get stuck on bumps a lot more than other peoples prams and it is quite a bumpy ride
It is bulky, takes up a lot of boot space and in our hall. Overall I really like it but now my daughter is 15m I'm keen to swap it out for a smaller pushchair

I tested this one in a shop, both Nuna mix felt very shuggly and I think it would make a bumpy ride.

I have a Nuna Mixx (not Nuna Mixx Next) although I think the Next is virtually the same just slightly more compact, and I really like mine. It's definitely worth considering if you like things with good functionality. Most of the good points have already been mentioned, such as the sun shades in the carry cot and car seat, the different reclining positions of the pushchair, the lightweight car seat. It's very easy to swap between the carrycot, car seat and pushchair on the frame, for example you can take the carry cot off and click in the pushchair in 5 seconds. There's a decent amount of space for bags underneath too. You get extra bits with it like rain covers and a footmuff. I personally think the suspension is good and I like the chunky back wheels, I've used it for walks in country parks and end up ramming the wheels into my garden steps all the time but seems very sturdy. The pushchair can be clipped in so your baby is either forward facing or facing towards you (not sure if this is the norm anyway but my friend bought a cheaper travel system and the pushchair can only be forward facing, so something to think about). Not necessarily important but the pram just looks nice and smart as well.
