Lines not Progressing 😔

Hello all,

I got positive OPKs on the 19th and 20th of August. I tested positive on the 31st, but my lines seem to have stopped going darker 😔

I attach pictures, thoughts? 💕

Further update for future readers (it’s a good one)

I had my second blood test, my HCG was 51 on 5.09.2021, I had them retaken yesterday (12.09.2021) And it’s over 600 so exactly where it should be 💗

I’ll update with my scan, if things continue to go well 🥰

Further update:-

I have pink spotting 😓! But we had a reassurance scan last week and we saw baby and heart beat. We’re currently 9 weeks 1 day. The first trimester can be an absolute b 💕

When I had a faint positive that didn't strengthen, it turned out be an ectopic pregnancy. Not saying that to scare you but so you are aware of the possibility. If you get any abdominal or shoulder tip pain or faintness, get medical help immediately and tell them what it might be.

I hope your lines just get darker!

Hey, sorry for your loss 😞! My pregnancy isn’t eptopic (although so far dramatic 😂). But good advice to put on here should anyone look in the future.

Final update for this thread. The entire first trimester was so anxiety provoking. To a test that wouldn’t go to a bold positive, to cramps that had me doubled over, to spotting that lasted 2 weeks (weeks 7-9) 😖😖😖

After all that, today I had my 12 week scan and everything was perfect. Baby was a little wriggler and hiding themselves behind their hands.

I hope this brings hope and reassurance to anyone who reads it and has a similar situation. 💕
