Pregnancy after miscarriage

Hi

I got pregnant within 2 weeks of mirena removal in January. Unfortunately I had a MMC at the end of March that resulted in 3 rounds of medical management, an ERPC, a hysteroscopy and ecoli over 3 months.

We have been trying for 2 months now and nothing. Timing everything around opks, so I know I’m ovulating.

My genie said if I’m not pregnant by 3rd month to go back in as infection could have damaged/blocked my tubes.

I’m so worried that it’s not happening fast like it did. Any advice.

It took me six to seven months to get pregnant after a miscarriage, having got pregnant the first month we had unprotected sex the first time. I was massively worried at the time and also very much wanted to be pregnant ASAP.

The GP told me that 6-9 months is a normal time it can take for hormones to regulate afterwards to support pregnancy, especially after a missed miscarriage.

I took opks, temped, etc and NOTHING was happening each month, and it was depressing. My cycle was off - different length, spotting before period etc, and so I had acupuncture and got pregnant after four sessions. I also took supplements to work on uterus lining, as I felt that could have been thinned a bit and affect implantation afterwards.

Do you feel your cycle is off at all now?

My cycle is totally back to normal. 27 days onthe button, and having normal bleeds.

I just don't know if my MMC could have led to complications

With my 4 miscarriages, it really did vary. We had our first loss March 2020, it took us from the May till the October to fall pregnant, which ended in a chemical. Then I fell pregnant again in the December and that was a natural miscarriage. Then from then I had a cycle January and we found out I was pregnant again February, that ended in a missed miscarriage. We decided then to have a break, but then I fell pregnant and here I am 6+4 weeks. It's been a rollercoaster. But please don't put pressure on yourself, you've got this🌈✨

@Conundrum12345 oh 100%, I always say it but I feel like the innocence and happiness is stripped away. This is now my 5th pregnancy in 17 months and I'm at wits end with worry most days. We have our first scan on Thursday and the nerves are just building up, almost to the point I convinced myself it was about missed miscarriage. It's honestly torture x

I've everything crossed for you x
