Scanxiety. Please calm me down

I'm 8+1 today according to my LMP. I have a scan in an hour. It's at the same place I learnt I'd had a mmc at 11 weeks in January. I then had a mc in may aswell.
I've barely slept. Keep bursting into tears and feel so shaky and sick. I've convinced myself it's going to be bad news.
Not really sure why I'm posting. Just looking for a handhold I guess. DH is so laidback and chilled. He doesn't understand why I'm so nervous

It's MUCH more likely things will go well this time.

I mean statistical on balance. But absolutely understand why you're nervous.

It makes sense you’d feel like this- it’s PTSD. But the chances are it will be good news. You’ve had a run of bad luck. Handholding until someone wiser comes along. Sending you all the love and good luck in the world.

Thank you for your replies. The support is very appreciated. Ahh I wish I could go back to my naive self that thought bad things wouldn't happen to me so I could be at least a tiny bit excited.

It went perfect. I'm so relieved. Measuring 8+3. I was so certain it would be bad news I burst into tears and made the songrapher jump when she first put the scanner on my stomach. I'm so happy right now

Not sure how your DH didn't understand why you were nervous but very glad there was no cause to be today.
