Just that! I am 22 weeks and have already gained 20lb! I was already overweight to start with!
Is it too late to fix?? Is it ok to diet at this point? Kicking myself!

Dont diet. You need to eat healthily. If you have eating issues get advice from health visitor, midwife or GP.. Dont diet unless diet for you means good healthy food.

Speak to your midwife, they can refer you to Slimming World which is safe to follow when pregnant.

Eat healthily, don't diet. Unless you're seriously obese it won't matter. Try and stay fit, your body will thank you afterwards.

You'd probably be better off eating healthy food than going straight to diet mode.
You'll know yourself why you are overweight so if it's a takeaway habit cut down on that a bit or swap for lower calorie dishes.
If you can do that and keep at it after you have the baby you will hopefully feel better for it. Make a change for life and for you, if it's what you want to do, but don't beat yourself up about where you are now.
